Developed by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Total Worker Health® is a holistic approach to worker well-being. The foundation of Total Worker Health (TWH) is to keep workers safe and healthy on and off the job.  Our new podcast episode, “What’s Work Got To Do With Total Worker Health?” features guest, Dr. Casey Chosewood, MD, MPH, Director of the Office for Total Worker Health® at NIOSH. Dr. Chosewood talks about the importance of organizational support on worker safety, health and well-being. In addition, Dr. Chosewood dives into the business case and how an organization can take the first step towards TWH, as well as addresses the nature of work changing over time and information about the TWH affiliate program. Show transcript is also available.
